This project involved the comprehensive analysis and synthesis of user survey data for the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) Dockless Mobility Pilot Program. The core objective included the transformation of raw, quarterly survey data from 7,067 respondents into an actionable report for stakeholders, detailing user demographics, travel behavior, and program awareness.

My role included the transformation of this dataset into a structured narrative wherein I was responsible for:

• Data Synthesis
  Consolidating disparate quarterly data into a unified analysis to identify overarching ridership trends and key findings.

• Technical Writing
  Authoring the full report text, translating quantitative data points and findings into an accessible document for a public policy audience.

• Data Visualization
  Designing and creating all charts and figures to communicate ridership insights on user demographics, modal shift, and safety knowledge.

The final deliverable provided LADOT with evidence-based insights into rider profiles, the impact of the program within the context of the wider transportation system, and crucial knowledge gaps in user safety knowledge and equity program awareness, which was used to inform future policy and infrastructure decisions.
