Objective Standards for Townhome Development

My role involved developing the initial draft of the technical and regulatory text for the Objective Standards for Townhome Development, which was then refined through reviews and revisions by Alameda County staff and M-Group team members. The final document integrated these collaborative edits, while the illustrative diagrams were provided by the subconsultant firm CD+A.

The final document was adopted by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors as Ordinance O-2023-XX on November 9, 2023, and remains in effect as regulatory policy.
