This Sonoma County Airport Area Specific Plan Update 2025-2045 Proposed Buildout Plan Overview represents a milestone of project progress since the resumption of this once-dormant project, for which I was responsible for the foundational updated analysis and document development. My primary contribution involved synthesizing complex datasets, including the updated market study produced by the subconsultant LEG, existing zoning conditions, and orientation of proposed zoning and land use amendments to align with Metropolitan Transportation Commission's Transit Oriented Community policy requirements, to produce the initial draft of this document. This initial text was then refined further through review, incorporating feedback and revisions from project partners to ensure accuracy and alignment with regional goals.

In addition, I led the development of the document's cohesive visual identity used in this document and supporting materials. This included establishing a clear and professional document style with consistent typography, iconography, and layout applied throughout. A significant component of this work was the creation of the project's mapping materials; I designed all figures with significant input from project team members, from the project location and zoning maps to the opportunity site analysis, ensuring visual consistency and clarity across all project-wide documents. This integration of in-depth background analysis with a unified visual framework was essential for refining this plan for an updated development framework.
