This Sonoma County Airport Area Specific Plan Update 2025-2045 Proposed Buildout Plan Overview represents a milestone of project progress since the resumption of this once-dormant project, for which I was responsible for the foundational updated analysis and document development. My primary contribution involved synthesizing complex datasets, including the updated market study produced by the subconsultant LEG, existing zoning conditions, and orientation of proposed zoning and land use amendments to align with Metropolitan Transportation Commission's Transit Oriented Community policy requirements, to produce the initial draft of this document. This initial text was then refined further through review, incorporating feedback and revisions from project partners to ensure accuracy and alignment with regional goals.

In addition, I contributed significant direction towards the visual identity used in this document and supporting materials. This included establishing a clear and professional document style with consistent typography, iconography, and layout applied throughout. A significant component of this work was the creation of the project mapping materials; all maps and figures were refined using feedback from M-Group and County of Sonoma staff. This integration of in-depth background analysis paired with a unified visual framework was essential for refining the updated plan.
